Bahamas

Sad to leave home and join the vessel just when summer is around the corner but..anyway..went down to "summery" Bahamas as well and "got to make some bread.."

Off course not "easy peacy" travel. Plane change in Toronto became an almost American deal. 2,5 hours in customs and immigration, so for sure I missed that flight. Spent the afternoon awaiting new tickets and trying to find a decent Hotel room(which I finally did, knackered).
"Alt Hotel" next to the airport, modern and fresh..

I must be "jinxed". 3 last times I have been travelling to join my vessel, I have been delayed and have had to stay in Hotel somewhere around the world awaiting new travel arrangements.

I joined just when the vessel was about to get out from the dry dock, after a decent "face lift".
Spent a couple of days in and out of dry dock dock, equipment berth, and then doing sea trials..making sure that all systems are "go". After that we left and set out for new adventures. A few "snippets" of the views I encountered.
